James F. Matheson, 58, died Monday, March 1, 2010, at the Fletcher Allen Medical Center in Burlington. He was born in Northfield on August 14, 1951, the son of Daniel & Freida (Ryan) Matheson. He attended Berlin schools. He was a United States Army veteran having served in the Vietnam War from 1971, until he was honorably discharged in 1973. More...

Police responded and were met by a work crew from Green Mountain Power who was in the process of investigating the problem.
