On November 5, the Regimental Band traveled to New York City and performed at the Town Hall Theatre in Times Square at the "Stand up for Heroes" benefit. The event was a fundraiser for the Bob Woodruff Foundation. The foundation's goal is to raise awareness and money to assist members of the U.S. military injured while on duty.
The Norwich band performed a medley of Armed Forces anthems. The music headliner for the event was Bruce Springsteen and the band was able to see the entire show.
