TO T HE EDITOR: THE NORTHFIELD NEWS AS THE CO-CHAIR of this year's American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Norwich University, I want to thank everyone who participated; we had twenty teams (including a youth team from Northfield School!) and dozens of hardworking volunteers join us to walk through the night. Many thanks go out to our local business community whose generous donations kept us energized - a special thanks to Northfield Village Pizza and Subway for the food that kept us smiling for twelve hours. Delicious!

I also need to thank all the Relay committee members, especially Jessica Blais, our counterpart from the American Cancer Society. This dedicated group of cancer fighters have been working for eight months to bring the Relay For Life of Norwich University together.

Finally, it goes without saying that without the individual donations from our friends and neighbors, the Relay would not have been possible. Thank you all! Your support made the Relay For Life of Norwich University a successful and enjoyable celebration of life and hope.
