"Mind, Meditation, and Making Life Meaningful" is the title of a series of talks to be given by the Venerable Amy Miller, a Buddhist nun, at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library on Main Street in Montpelier. The series will run on three consecutive Thursday evenings (January 28, February 4 and February 11) from 6:00 until 8:00 pm.

The focus is on how to create meaning in life while dealing with the stresses of everyday living. The series is free and all are welcome. Amy is currently the director of the Milarepa Center, a Tibetan Buddhist retreat center in Barnet, Vermont. For more information, contact www.milarepacenter.org or call (802) 633-4136
