Ainsworth Public Library
SPECIAL APPRECIATION TO ANN HEGARTY
The Ainsworth Public Library gratefully says “Thank You” to Ann Hegarty for 40 years of service as a trustee including many years as treasurer. Town Meeting Day marked the end of an era. Your many, many years of example in faithful service will encourage us as we serve the library in the years ahead. THANK YOU, ANN, FOR ALL YOU HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO AINSWORTH PUBLIC LIBRARY!
EXTRA STORYTIME
Winter Storytime with Bill Palin at Ainsworth Public Library will have an extra session. February 24th was cancelled due to weather problems and will be replaced by an extra session on St Patrick's Day, March 17th. We'll conclude the Winter Storytime Session with special St Patrick's Day crafts and treats. We'll see you at 10 am. Wearing green is encouraged!
PICTURING AMERICA
Displays have been arranged to make this collection easily available. These books bring America to life. Although they are mostly for young readers reading them as a family or with an older child would be encouraged. Come browse the collection and pick up a bookmark with the complete list to aid in your selection. This would be a meaningful activity to do as a family - lots to learn, understand and share about America.
TUESDAY CRAFT NIGHT
This special activity night has been cancelled at this time due to schedule conflicts of its participants. We’ll let you know if this becomes a regular activity again.
