Arioso To Play At Unitarian Church


Arioso, Central Vermont’s acclaimed chamber music ensemble returns for their third series of concerts with music for piano, voices, and strings: duets of Mendelssohn and Bach, works by Frank Bridge, Mozart, a Bach partita, and songs by Rachmaninoff, Ponce, and Faure. Featured will be the premiere "Of Longing in Amethyst Hills" by Vermont composer Lydia Busler-Blais. Raymond Karl Malone, violin; Elizabeth Reid, viola; Robert Blais, cello; Alison Cerutti, piano; Marjorie Drysdale, soprano; Linda Radtke, mezzo-soprano, will be on hand. The concert will take place on Sunday, April 25, 2010, 4:00 pm at the Montpelier Unitarian Church. Suggested donation at the door: $15/ adults; $10 students/seniors.
