TO THE EDITOR: THE NORTHFIELD NEWS THE LEGISLATIVE session is winding down and Vermont's health care bill is very close to becoming a reality. Our legislators have worked hard to craft a bill that will bring peace of mind to those who are without the safety net of basic health care coverage.

Please call, write and/or e mail your elected officials and let them know you support S. 88 and that you want all Vermonters, your family, friends and neighbors, to be part of a health care system that views people with respect, considers them equal and values their physical and mental health. This is a moral issue. We can make life in VT better. Act today!
