Norwich President Confers Honorary Degree


Norwich President Dr. Richard Schneider (Right) grants an Honorary Degree to General Ann E. General Dunwoody, who was the featured speaker at Saturday's Commissioning Ceremony, is the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Material Command and she is the first woman in Army History to reach Four-Star rank.
