Norwich Fifty Years Ago?

Do you have any idea when this photo of Norwich was taken? Let us know if you do. Notice the tank barn in the upper left and the tank tracks around the countryside. Further up on the left, you can also see the old baseball field that used to be on Sabine Field. Note too, the cars parked in the upper right are not a parking lot but are Fords offered for sale by Davis Ford at the Center. Then too, there are no trees on the parade ground.
