Boy & Girls Club Sponsors Child Care Food Program

The Northfield News

The Boys and Girls Club is sponsoring a program provided by the U.S. Department of Agriculture funded Child and Adult Care Food Program.

It allows the club to provide healthy snacks and meals to children at no cost to the families.

These snacks and meals will be offered for Boys and Girls Club members who participate in the Northfield and Randolph Teen Centers and also the Northfield and Randolph BGC Afterschool programs.

The Boys and Girls Club will provide the healthy snacks and meals and the cost will be supported by the USDA because such a high percentage of club participants are eligible for free and reduced lunch without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
