TO THE EDITOR: THE NORTHFIELD NEWS THIS LETTER is in response to Mr. Zeichner’s letter in the July 22nd issue regarding Northfield Pharmacy hours.

Only if Mr. Zeichner were more familiar with our pharmacy, i.e. patronized more regularly than once a year, would he have realized that he couldhave called me at home and I would have been more than happy to return to the pharmacy and filled his prescription.

I have been called at home many times over the past 32 years and have accommodated many families when they needed a prescription filled.

The pharmacy’s hours of operation have been the same for over 25 years, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to Noon.

Being open 7 days a week is just that – we are here seven days a week. And again, in an emergency, our patrons can call me at home, any time day or night.
