Labor Day Parade down Main Street starts at the Crescent and proceeds past the Common reviewing stand and on to end at Water Street, featuring the Norwich Corp of Cadets and marching band, floats, bands, bagpipes, Shrine circus performers and multitude of other acts, this year’s

theme “hocus pocus,

bring out the magic.” Following the Parade –

American Legion Chicken Barbeque in front of

the Legion on the Common.

Noon - 3 p.m. – Northfield

Historical Society Summer Show, the photographs of Ruben McIntosh, views of 19th

century Northfield and
