TO THE EDITOR: THE NORTHFIELD NEWS IWOULD LIKE to know how I got about making a issue that happend at my house on saturday night known to the public. my name is jesse lawliss I live on Union Street. The incident was officer clark came to my house to give a warning about music on , which turned into him hitting my brother in the face with his flashlight and busting his eye all up for absolutely no reason other then he was not being quiet, if someone could tell me how to make this public in northfield so that people can really see how these cops have been acting. we got picstures and also 12 witness's that all seen the same thing happen. You know, for all the people who have decided to rudely commented on this piece shame on you. You know, none of you were obviously there that night, and I applaud Jesse in making it known that we have some police officers in Northfield who abuse their power. Now if someone else would like to rudely comment, I would advise you to be a kind citizen and think about kindness. Some of the comments are totally uncalled for. Personally I feel very sorry for Jesse and her family for having gone through whatever had happened.
