Board of Trustees Meeting: Thursday, April 20 6pm. Our meetings
are open to the public and we encourage participation. Our
agenda is posted on our website, under “About Us”.
Home School Discussion Group: The library wants to be a part of
the local homeschooling community, we need your help to figure
out how best to serve your needs. Join us on Saturday, April 29th
at 10 am. Children are welcome to attend. Bring ideas, requests,
desires…….No registration needed. Open to all homeschooling families
in Central Vermont.
Author Visit/ Book Group: The library has teamed up with The
Gardens to present an author visit from Debby Irving. Debby is the
author of the book Waking Up White ,and Finding Myself In The
Story Of Race. Thursday, May 4th at 4pm at The Gardens. We will
have a book discussion, questions and answers, and a book signing
at the end. Want to read the book ahead of time? Stop into the
library to borrow a copy. Free. You do not need to be a
Williamstown resident to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
Our Local Food Shelf Needs Donations: We are a drop off site for
the local food shelf. We accept non-perishable food items, toiletries
and even pet supplies. Look for the pink bin inside the library.
Storytime: Storytime is 11:30 am on Wednesdays Stories, a craft
and songs with Ms. Snow, our librarian. No need to register, just
come. You do not need to be a resident to attend. This is a great way
to meet new families. Free
