May 3
6:59 a.m. - MV Complaint - A
female was stopped who had no
insurance and no drivers license
and was driving like a maniac
and going to kill someone and
also has 1800-M in her vehicle.
9:05 a..m. - Directed Patrol -
An officer brought court work to
Barre.
2:52 p.m. - Citizen Assist - A
citizen requested assistance at
his residence and it was given.
3:36 p.m. - Citizen Assist - A
suspicious vehicle was in a citizen’s
driveway and refused to
leave until police intervened.
4:12 p.m. - MV Complaint - A
resident came to the police station
to report that her car had
been struck while parked at a
location on South Main Street.
The complainant said a witness
saw this occur. The next day, the
complainant and the other operator
came to the police station to
exchange insurance information.
May 4
7:40 a.,m. - Found Property - A
digital camcorder belonging to
Adelphia Cable inside of a camera
case was found in a dumpster.
1:04 p.m. - Suspicious
Person/Circumstance - A concerned
female approximately 60-
70 years of age was inside the
pharmacy acting strangely.
4:15 p.m. - Citizen Dispute -
Polic took a citizen’s dispute
complaint.
6:09 p.m. - Police provided a
citizen assist as there was a
minor who needed a place to stay
and had been a runaway.
8:49 p.m. - Agency Assistance -
Police provided an agency assist.
May 5
2:36 p.m. - A vehicle was
struck by an unknown vehicle
parked on South Main Street
between 2 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on
May 5. Damage to the front of the
vehicle consisting of a foot long
scratch, dent and the driver’s
side mirror pushed in. An incident
report was given to the complainant
for insurance and she
would like an officer to contact
her regarding whether cameras
at Mayo or in the area may have
observed the damage occur.
11:09 p.m.- Juvenile Problem -
Officers received a report of a
runaway juvenile.
May 6
5:11 p.m. - Animal Problem - A
complainant reported a dog acting
suspiciously and was unsure
of the dog’s health.
May 7
7:37 p.m. - Officers spoke with
individuals regarding threatening
remarks.
7:53 p.m. - Citizen Assist -
Officers responded to a family
argument.
May 8
8:20 p.m. - Juvenile Problem -
Police responded to a juvenile
complaint. The matter was noncriminal.
