Brown Public Library this Week


The Brown Public Library Youth Program Presents:
Come show off your skills and build Legos with your friends!
Prizes will be awarded for “Most Creative”, Most Useful” &
“Overall Awesome”.
WHEN: Saturday, July 22nd
TIME: 10-11:30 a.m.
WHERE: BPL Community Room
Note: This is a free event & all materials will be provided.
PLEASE do not bring Lego’s from home…we don’t want them to
get lost in our huge collection. Children under 7 must be accompanied
by an adult. Snack provided.
Stop in at STORYTIME on Mondays and Thursdays with our
youth librarian, Britta Eberle. Storytime is from 10-11 a.m. We
read a story & do a craft. Bring your children and grandchildren.
Taking the family to one of VT’s State Parks? Stop at the library
and borrow our free pass. This pass allows up to 8 people in a car
in free to up to 36 VT State Parks! Got a date picked out? Call
ahead & place a hold on the pass for pickup. PASSES are available
to all patrons with a library card. Don’t have a library card? Stop
in & get one……they’re FREE to Northfield residents.
Each day ECHO staff brings to guests specially curated programming,
animal demos, feedings, and activities. This makes
every visit fun and unique! Check in to their website www.echovermont.
org daily to see what they have planned. We have a pass to
allow reduced admission for you and your family.
COME & RELAX at the LIBRARY! We offer coffee and tea. Sit,
Relax & Color….we’ve set up an area for coloring for adults, young
adults and youth. We always have a puzzle to work on. Come read
one of the many magazinesand newspapers we subscribe to.
Everyone is welcome at the library. You do not need a library card
to stop in and visit.
