BUILD A BETTER WORLD!
Hey Kids…. It’s the END of SUMMER READING PROGRAM CELEBRATION!
Come celebrate your summer reading achievements.
Make a craft, share a snack. Raffle for 3 Kindle Fires! Everyone
picks a prize.
When: Saturday, August 19th
Time: 12:30-2:00pm
Where: BPL Community Room
*This is a special party for participants in the Brown Public
Library Summer Reading Program. Did you miss out on our
Summer Reading Program?? Join us next year! If you can’t make
it to this party, get in touch with Britta to get your prize.
BEGINNER CROCHET CLUB
Interested in learning how to crochet? We have a Beginner
Crochet Club. We get together at the library once or twice a month
and learn together. Supplies needed are a skein of cotton worsted
weight yarn and crochet hook, size H. Call or stop in and sign up.
Class size is limited. 485-4621 Ask for Sherri.

passes. If you’re not, stop in for your library card today!

24-Oct 31 10am-5pm Family Pass
• Billings Farm: Located in Woodstock, VT April 27-Oct 31 10am-
5pm 2 adults and all children 18 and under
• Echo Pass: Located in Burlington, VT All Year 10am-5pm $7
admission for up to 4 people
• Shelburne Farms: Located in Shelburne, VT May-Oct 10am-
5pm We have two passes for 2 adults and children in one household.
• Vermont Historic Pass: Hubbarton Battlefield, Calvin Coolidge
Site, Bennington Monument, Mt Independence, Justin Morrill
Homestead, The Old Constitution House, Chimney Point, Hyde
Park Log Cabin, Chester Arthur Site, Ethan Allen Monument, eureka
Schoolhouse, Underwater Historic Preserves 8 people free in
one vehicle.
• Vermont State Park Pass: Free entry 8 people in one vehicle
Passes go out for two days. You can reserve a date for the pass
ahead of time by contacting the library. Phone: 485-4621 or bpllib@

Stop in at STORYTIME on Mondays and Thursdays with our
youth librarian, Britta Eberle. Storytime is from 10-11am. We read
a story & do a craft. Bring your children and grandchildren.
